We are seeking a Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead with extensive experience in enterprise application development, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse, Java, and modern web technologies, including Node.js, Next.js, and React. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, design and implement scalable CRM and case management solutions, lead complex enterprise integrations, establish CI/CD practices, mentor development teams, and deliver secure, high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.

Must Have

- Minimum 7 years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience using Java/React.
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience, including enterprise application delivery in the technical skills mentioned above.
- Experience delivering CRM, Customer Service, or Case Management solutions.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing permitting,



licensing, registration, inspection, compliance, or case management solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.
- Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform.
- Solid expertise in Dataverse, including data modelling, security, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and cloud‑based architectures.
- Experience designing and implementing complex system integrations.
- Proficiency with .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments.
