Commercial Manager expertise meets transportation infrastructure projects in Ontario, covering contracts, negotiations, and project financial health. WSP offers flexible work within its Transportation Systems team.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will manage commercial and contractual activities across projects and corporate initiatives. Your work spans commercial agreements, bids, risk management, change management, claims, and project close-out. You will collaborate with clients, subconsultants, project teams, Finance, Project Controls, legal counsel, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead commercial agreements across transportation and infrastructure projects
- Support bid evaluations, risk reviews, and commercial strategies
- Negotiate terms with clients, partners, and subcontractors




- Oversee budgets, schedules, billing, and receivables
- Develop change packages and support claims resolution

Requirements:

- 10+ years of commercial or contract management experience
- Robust English written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant post-secondary diploma or undergraduate degree preferred
- Knowledge of construction contracts and Canadian construction law
- Strong commercial judgment and analytical thinking
