Build reliable AI infrastructure with Google Cloud, Python, and React for Elumai’s remote platform, supporting learners across Canada and limited-connectivity locations.

As a Developer focused on production engineering and AI platforms, you will help move Elumai from pilot to production. You will improve uptime, speed, web application quality, and release discipline. The work spans Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, FastAPI, TypeScript, structured JSON, testing, and AI services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prevent and recover from cloud, GPU, and deployment outages
- Diagnose latency across browsers, servers, databases, and models
- Improve learner experiences on desktop, mobile, and low-bandwidth connections
- Implement monitoring, alerting, health checks, and secure rollbacks




- Validate structured content across AI tutors and frontend interfaces

Requirements:

- Production Google Cloud experience with Cloud Run and Cloud SQL
- Python backend development using FastAPI or similar frameworks
- TypeScript and React experience with responsive performance-focused design
- Experience with JSON schemas, validation, pipelines, and automated testing
- Canadian residence and availability during Eastern Standard Time hours
