PeopleSoft Senior Systems Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with solid PeopleSoft HCM expertise to support system enhancements, upgrades, modernization, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and recommend PeopleSoft HCM solutions.

Lead systems analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.

Support PeopleSoft and PeopleTools upgrades, PUM, and Classic Plus-to-Fluid modernization.

Support core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labour, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.

Evaluate technical options and recommend system enhancements.

Troubleshoot production issues and support system stability.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and maintain system documentation.

Mandatory Qualifications





Previous Public Sector experience.

Strong PeopleSoft HCM systems analysis and design experience.

Hands-on experience with PUM, PeopleTools upgrades, and Fluid/Classic Plus modernization.

Experience with Absence Management, Time and Labour, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.

Knowledge of the full systems development lifecycle, including testing and implementation.

Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of project and change management methodologies.

On-site Requirement: Must be available to work on-site five days per week. No remote or hybrid option.
