As Senior Cost Estimator, you will manage estimator teams developing conceptual and highly detailed estimates. The work includes construction audits, quantity take-offs, site inspections, and claims resolution across wide-ranging projects. You will support commercial, institutional, and infrastructure facilities while advising project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead estimates for large-scale commercial, institutional, and infrastructure facilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from investigations, specifications, and drawings
- Interface with clients, contractors, and project owners




- Conduct site inspections and construction cost audits
- Analyze and reconcile estimates for project claims

Requirements:

- Five to ten years in construction quantity surveying, estimating, and cost management
- Recognized technical qualification in construction management or estimating
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- CIQS, RICS, or PMI accreditation is an asset
