Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement engaging eLearning courses and training programs. This fully remote role supports learners worldwide from a home base around Kimberley or anywhere else, combining pedagogical expertise with creative design.
You will collaborate with SMEs, develop storyboards and multimedia assets, and ensure accessibility while applying ADDIE/SAM models and up-to-date trends in instructional design.
