Support mobile asset readiness in Nunavut through maintenance planning and CMMS expertise. Work with multiple Agnico Eagle mine sites in partnership.
Reporting to the Asset Management Supervisor, the Senior Technician supports mobile asset fleets across Nunavut operations. The work covers maintenance programs, parts inventory, work instructions, and equipment decommissioning. You will help achieve departmental objectives while respecting Agnico Eagle’s Health and Safety Code of Conduct and environmental expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical documentation and manuals for mobile assets
- Create maintenance plans for mobile equipment fleets
- Define parts lists and procedures for maintenance plans
- Implement maintenance and parts plans through CMMS
- Forecast and control parts consumption for inventory optimization
Requirements:
- College Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Five or more years in mobile equipment maintenance planning
- Three or more years using JDEdwards or other CMMS
- Mining mobile equipment maintenance experience is an asset
- Availability for occasional visits to offices or sites
