Job description:

We are looking for an Operations Executive. You will be handling International Import/Export, Trucking/Brokerage including shipping documentation and logistics arrangements.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor, track, and provide customers with shipment status updates until delivery is complete.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and shipment requirements.
- Assist the sales team in providing quotes to customers and overseas agents.
- Ensure accuracy in quoting, billing, and cost entry processes.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors.
- Prepare, maintain, and process shipment files in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Skills required:





- 3+ years of experience in international freight forwarding.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with databases.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Language: English and French (spoken)As we will be handling shipment for our French-speaking client based in Quebec, proficiency in both English and French is required.
