We’re looking for motivated current and experienced Mortgage Agents to join our growing team. Whether you’re starting your career or taking the next step, we offer hands-on support, ongoing training, and a collaborative environment to help you succeed.

What We Offer

- Competitive commission split: Starting at 80/20.
- $0 desk fees: Desk fees are $0 for your first 3 months.
- Production-based desk fee waiver: Fund $1.25 million in a quarter and have your desk fees waived for that quarter.

Your Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners,



and industry professionals.
- Assess clients’ financial situations and identify mortgage solutions suited to their needs.
- Collect and review supporting documentation to prepare complete and accurate mortgage applications.
- Work with our underwriting team and lender partners to move files through approval and funding.
- Keep clients informed throughout the mortgage process and provide responsive, professional service.
- Develop your referral network and business through outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records and follow brokerage policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training and stay informed about lender products and mortgage industry developments.

What We’re Looking For

- A licensed Ontario Mortgage Agent, or a candidate who has completed the required mortgage agent education and is preparing to become licensed.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to build your own book of business.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
- A commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and ongoing learning.
- Previous experience in mortgages, banking, financial services, or sales is an asset. Recent agents are welcome to apply.
