Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist / Sales Associate to support customer service, sales coordination, administrative operations, and shipping activities.

The ideal candidate will have robust communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email.
- Provide product information and assist with customer orders.
- Support sales activities, follow-ups, and order processing.
- Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer, product, and inventory records.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and shipment tracking.
- Assist with product packaging, labelling, and inventory management.
- Support customer visits, trade shows, and product presentations when required.




- Perform general administrative and operational duties.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or administration.
- Strong data entry, typing, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to assist with light warehouse duties.
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset, but not required.
