Skip the commute downtown. InsureLine Brokers is hiring an experienced RIBO-licensed Commercial Lines CSR to support our growing book of business clients.

About the role

You’ll service a portfolio of commercial accounts, from small businesses to contractors and property owners. You’ll act as their go-to advisor on coverage, renewals, and claims, and work closely with underwriters to place the right coverage at the right price.

Key responsibilities

- Review and remarket commercial renewals, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions
- Prepare and submit underwriting submissions, and negotiate terms with insurers
- Process endorsements, binders, certificates of insurance, reissues,



and cancellations accurately and on time
- Support clients through the claims process
- Maintain accurate, compliant client files in EPIC
- Consult senior staff on unusual or complex risks to protect portfolio quality
- Grow accounts through cross-selling and retention, with commission on growth

What you bring

- A RIBO licence in good standing
- [3]+ years of commercial lines brokerage experience
- Working knowledge of commercial property, general liability, and commercial auto coverage
- Experience with EPIC, ARS, and insurer portals
- Understanding of claims processes, risk management, and premium accounting
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- C.A.I.B., C.I.P., or C.R.M. (completed or in progress) is an asset
