Lead strategic pursuits and capture planning for WSP’s Property & Buildings business from any WSP office in Western Canada.

As Strategic Pursuit Manager, you will shape positioning and proposal development for high-value opportunities. You will collaborate with senior leaders, technical teams, business development professionals, and external partners. Your work supports sustainable growth across WSP’s markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Go/No-Go decisions for strategic pursuits
- Develop capture plans for major opportunities
- Analyze markets and competitive intelligence
- Lead compliant, timely proposal development
- Maintain prospect records in Oracle and business systems

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
- Eight or more years in pursuit, capture, or proposal management
- Experience developing winning pursuit strategies
- Understanding of procurement and Alternative Delivery Projects
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
