Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director partners closely with Opera Atelier’s Founding Co-Artistic Directors. This senior leader oversees fundraising, revenue development, financial stewardship, administration, development, marketing, communications, and strategic planning. The mandate connects artistic ambition with organizational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop stakeholder, government, and community partnerships
