Lead daily manufacturing operations through production scheduling, safety oversight, and quality control while coordinating teams across a high-volume facility.

This experienced Production Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and oversees converting operations. The position manages staffing, monitors production KPIs, and supports customer delivery requirements. Success requires leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee converting operations, schedules, output targets, and delivery deadlines
- Monitor output, downtime, waste, labour hours, and schedule attainment
- Coordinate staffing, machine assignments, shifts, and overtime requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop operators and Lead Hands




- Enforce safety procedures and investigate reported incidents and hazards

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ progressive supervisory or production leadership experience
- High-volume manufacturing experience with corrugated packaging preferred
- Leadership, coaching, performance management, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety and quality control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital tools, and reporting systems
