The Senior Technical Architect ensures enterprise systems, services, and technology solutions support high availability, scalability, security, integrity, and supportability. The role provides architecture leadership across cloud, AI, integrations, cybersecurity, and modernization. It also advances cloud-first and digital transformation initiatives aligned with CSA Group’s business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure enterprise systems and technology solutions remain secure and scalable
- Identify gaps and drive solutions for critical technologies
- Recommend technologies supporting growth, efficiency, profitability, or risk management




- Lead enterprise architecture across cloud, AI, and cybersecurity
- Align digital transformation initiatives with CSA business strategy

Requirements:

- University degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Five-plus years in related technologies and software development lifecycle
- Experience managing IT projects and external contractors
- Experience with APIs, cloud technologies, and system security
- Robust leadership, analytical, strategic, and communication skills
