Procom is recruiting for a six-month contract, with possible extension, supporting a banking client. The Business Systems Analyst will lead change initiatives, manage delivery risks, and strengthen operational readiness. The work spans derivatives, FX, money market, and transaction lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Derivatives and FX Services strategy through delivery governance
- Lead business and operational change from scoping through implementation
- Manage plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment
- Deliver readiness through communications, training, and process updates




- Remediate control gaps and risk issues using compliance practices

Requirements:

- Eight years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- Solid capital markets product and operations knowledge
- Knowledge of derivatives, FX, money market, and transaction lifecycles
- Ability to partner across Front Office, Operations, Technology, and Risk
- Focus on controls, regulatory compliance, risk, and data quality
