What You’ll Do

- Partner with clients and internal sales teams to fill high-priority contract and direct hire roles
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle
- Jump on new reqs quickly and manage multiple openings at once in a quick-moving environment
- Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and teammates
- Consistently hit recruiting activity goals, client submittals, and placements
- Stay organized, proactive, and solution-oriented while delivering an exceptional candidate experience





What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of professional experience; recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Experience working in high-volume or VMS recruiting environments is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Motivated by growth, performance, and uncapped earning potential
- Someone who can hit the ground running and elevate the team around them
