STEMCELL Technologies seeks a Senior Operations Associate, Biospecimens, for a fixed-term contract ending approximately December 10, 2027. You will manage custom project feasibility workflows, coordinate suppliers, and support product and service delivery. The work requires cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support sales inquiries and custom requests with accurate operational information
- Coordinate processes supporting Biospecimens manufacturing and product sales
- Track risks, plan mitigation, and support issue resolution
- Facilitate communication across Sales, Customer Support,



and Manufacturing
- Execute process improvements across methodologies, tools, and systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree major or minor in science or related discipline
- Two to six years collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups
- Understanding of business processes or product lifecycle management
- Robust problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills
- Data tools proficiency; Salesforce, SAP, SQL, Python, Tableau, or Snowflake advantageous
