Position Overview

We are seeking an Intermediate Salesforce Developer with strong experience across the core Salesforce platform, including application development, configuration, automation, and emerging AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, business process automation, reporting, and ongoing application support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications to support business requirements.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud solution.
- Develop and manage Salesforce campaigns, including audience management, task templates.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain data integrity, and optimize existing Salesforce functionality.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, and related platform technologies.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes, productivity, and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Application Support & Stakeholder Management

- Provide ongoing technical and administrative support for Salesforce applications and internal business tools.
- Review, troubleshoot, and resolve administrative support tickets, escalating complex technical issues when required.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers regarding support requests, system issues, and enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Balance multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Reporting & Analytics

- Develop and maintain Salesforce-based reports and dashboards.
- Utilize Power BI, Microsoft Excel,



and Salesforce reporting capabilities to monitor campaign performance and business operations.
- Maintain internal databases, support data quality initiatives, and assist with reporting requirements.
- Support data analysis and reporting automation.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.
- Robust experience with the core Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud
- Practical experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Experience Builder.
- Experience developing Salesforce reports and dashboards, with working knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience supporting Salesforce applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing support tickets.
- Professional experience working with business stakeholders and development teams in North American business environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple development and support priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST APIs, and third‑party applications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools, Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and database management.
- Previous experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations across multiple business functions.

The ideal candidate is a versatile Salesforce Developer with strong foundational development skills, broad experience across the Salesforce ecosystem, and an interest in applying AI to business processes.

They should be comfortable developing custom Salesforce functionality, supporting existing applications, building automated workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders.
