Support colposcopy procedures through technical competence and Person Centred Care as a Registered Practical Nurse in an ambulatory clinic.

This experienced RPN supports the Colposcopy Unit within OR & Related Services. The work includes gynecological procedures, patient flow, ordering, and leadership. The successful candidate brings communication, critical thinking, organization, and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with procedures in the Colposcopy Unit
- Provide Person Centred Care throughout clinic interactions
- Facilitate patient flow and complete ordering
- Demonstrate leadership in daily clinic activities
- Support procedure-related areas, including cystoscopy

Requirements:

- Grade 12 recognized by Ontario’s Ministry of Education
- R.P.N. graduation with current CNO registration
- Demonstrated technical competence and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking, prioritization, computer, and organization skills
