Kinaxis seeks a highly experienced Senior Payroll Specialist supporting Canada, the United States, and multiple international jurisdictions. The work covers payroll processing, taxation, advantages, statutory reporting, accounting, and system administration. You will partner with Human Resources, Finance, Benefits, Tax, and external payroll providers to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process payrolls across Canada, the United States, and international entities
- Validate earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, bonuses, and adjustments
- Review payroll outputs and investigate discrepancies before approval
- Prepare remittances,



year-end reporting, and audit documentation
- Reconcile payroll registers, accounts, journal entries, and balance sheet items

Requirements:

- Extensive progressively responsible payroll experience
- Extensive Canadian payroll processing experience
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, and statutory reporting
- Experience with reconciliations, accounting entries, and financial controls
