Lead railway systems construction for ACCIONA’s Eglinton Crosstown West Extension in Toronto, coordinating contractors, interfaces, safety, quality, and commissioning readiness.

The Systems Construction Manager directs multidisciplinary field execution across signaling, traction power, communications, SCADA, and train control systems. You will oversee constructability reviews, procurement packages, installation, integration, testing support, and handover activities. The work spans civil-to-systems transitions across the 9.2-kilometre corridor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead railway systems construction throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, designers, and civil construction teams
- Manage access, logistics, staging, and phased handovers
- Enforce safety, quality, LOTO,



and construction controls
- Transfer completed work packages to Testing and Commissioning

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industrial trade license
- 10+ years managing major infrastructure construction projects
- At least 5 years leading multi-discipline rail systems installation
- Experience with Design-Build or Progressive Design-Build delivery
- Knowledge of OHSA, CEC, and Metrolinx or TTC rules
