Lead well servicing operations across Western Canada with authority over safety, performance, people, and profitability while travelling significantly.

Savanna Well Servicing seeks an Operations Manager reporting to the General Manager. This hands-on leader works regularly at rig sites and field offices, guiding Field Superintendents, Coordinators, Field Supervisors, clients, and crews. The position requires regional leadership experience and strong operational judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regional operations, safety performance, rig utilization, and profitability
- Develop Field Superintendents, Coordinators, and Field Supervisors
- Ensure worksites have appropriate people, equipment, and materials
- Maintain fleet standards and NSC compliance




- Review P&L;, manage budgets, and submit AFEs

Requirements:

- 10–15 years of well servicing or oilfield experience
- Field Superintendent experience in well servicing operations
- Regional, Area, or comparable multi-site management experience
- Solid safety record, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license, clean abstract, and travel willingness
