As a Customer Sales Representative, you will support salespeople without prospecting, cold calling, quotas, or an assigned account book. The work centers on order processing for toys, collectables, party goods, and Halloween products. You will serve retailers across Canada and parts of the U.S., including national chains, regional shops, e-commerce businesses, and seasonal pop-ups. Exenta ERP training is provided, so prior system knowledge is unnecessary. Basic Excel, organization, and retailer-facing B2B experience are relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter website and salesperson orders into the ERP system
- Decipher website orders and manage multi-SKU product information




- Communicate order flow allocations and customer service information
- Request payments and discuss logistics with retail customers
- Support salespeople processing order-entry and related requests

Requirements:

- Two to five years of B2B service or order-processing experience
- Experience serving retailers or trade customers
- Familiarity with multi-SKU distribution environments and SKU management
- Positive organizational and communication skills
- Basic Excel knowledge; ERP experience is not required
