This lead provides strategic clinical leadership for Fraser Health’s organization-wide Meditech Expanse implementation. You will guide workflow redesign, clinical specifications, system optimization, change management, and implementation planning. The work supports nursing, allied health, physician, and clinical operations stakeholders across acute and outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead clinical planning, design, build, implementation, and sustainment initiatives
- Develop clinical specifications with nursing and allied health input
- Facilitate consensus on design standards and workflow changes




- Provide education about project deliverables and change methodologies
- Monitor project resources, timelines, budgets, risks, and status reporting

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in a health related discipline
- Seven years recent related clinical management experience
- Five years healthcare project planning experience
- Clinical information system implementation experience
- Valid BC Driver’s License and personal vehicle access
