As an Owner's Representative, you will review and monitor construction, renovation, and maintenance projects under an appropriate U-Haul Holdings Business Consultant. The work includes planning activities, reviewing project documents, supporting contractor selection, and identifying renovation cost savings. Prior U-Haul experience and three to five years of construction or repair shop experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee project phases, budgets, schedules, and company specifications
- Plan and coordinate construction, renovation, and maintenance activities

- Prepare bid requests, contracts, and estimates

Requirements:

- Ability to operate forklifts with training
