Lead GMP compliance and quality systems at Wandler Probiotics Inc. as a detail-oriented QA/QC Supervisor in manufacturing operations.
This full-time, 40-hour-per-week supervisor role oversees quality systems, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing standards. You will guide documentation, audits, investigations, and product decisions while supporting continuous improvement. The position requires solid communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
- Conduct audits, monitor performance, and identify trends
- Develop and maintain SOPs and quality documentation
- Oversee manufacturing in-process controls
- Lead non-conformance investigations and implement CAPAs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines and applicable regulations
- Understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 111 and ANSI-455-2
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
