The Registered Nurse delivers care according to medical requirements and qualified nursing practice. This position supervises Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers. It also supports resident-focused coordination, documentation, physician orders, and shift communication within the residence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate nursing and other resident services
- Lead shift reports with healthcare team members
- Record significant changes in residents’ conditions
- Maintain charts according to AgeCare policies and standards
- Review and process physician orders promptly

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Registration and good standing with the provincial registry
- Background in geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing
- Knowledge of activation, nursing, and personnel administration
- Knowledge of applicable healthcare legislation and nursing standards
