Lead operational strategy for Infleqtion’s quantum technology business from Kidlington, Oxford, with flexible home working up to two days weekly.

As Head of Operations, you will optimise processes supporting growth, efficiency, scalability, and Infleqtion’s technology roadmap. You will work across engineering, product, finance, and commercial teams to improve delivery of quantum and advanced technology solutions. The position requires strategic execution, data-driven decisions, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop operational strategy aligned with company business objectives
- Translate priorities into scalable processes and frameworks
- Improve workflows, systems, efficiency, quality, and reliability
- Establish programme governance, metrics, reporting, and risk mitigation




- Build and lead a high-performing operations team

Requirements:

- Extensive operations or programme management leadership experience
- Experience scaling frameworks in technology or deep-tech environments
- Solid cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated operational improvements with measurable outcomes
