Lead mine operations training at Elk Valley Resources with heavy equipment expertise, scheduling skills, and a 4x4 day-and-night shift rotation.

Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, Training, you will develop, implement, and deliver training programs for Mine Operations. You will lead hourly trainers while coordinating priorities with supervisors and departments. The work requires accurate records, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead hourly trainers delivering Mine Operations training
- Develop Heavy Equipment Operation training programs
- Conduct Equipment Operator performance reviews
- Coordinate schedules and document training activities
- Analyze training data for continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Three years’ industrial experience with heavy equipment exposure
- Three years’ experience training or mentoring others
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Strong communication and organizational skills
