As a Project Manager, you will manage commercial and corporate office fit-outs for an Enterprise account. The work spans design, procurement, construction, furniture installation, workplace transition, and close-out. You will coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects and workstreams through design, construction, and close-out
- Establish budgets, schedules, and project delivery strategies
- Coordinate workplace technology, furniture, IT, AV, and security installations
- Monitor budgets, schedules, risks,



quality, safety, and scope
- Manage procurement, contracts, change orders, and project close-out

Requirements:

- Minimum five years managing construction and fit-out projects
- Commercial or corporate office fit-out delivery experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong construction, procurement, contracts, and project controls understanding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools
