Bowerman Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive tenders. The work includes coordinating active projects, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, resources, and project close-out. Candidates should understand civil construction and read plans and specifications confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare tender submissions and obtain tender documents
- Perform quantity take-offs and determine work scope
- Solicit pricing from subcontractors and vendors
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, procurement, and risk mitigation




- Manage change orders, RFIs, quality control, and close-out

Requirements:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or construction management degree
- Two years of applicable cumulative work experience
- Familiarity with civil construction and construction survey layout
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of MS Project
- Understanding of HCSS HeavyBid and AutoCAD software
