Supervise outpatient mental health services at Sea Mar Community Health Centers while providing clinical oversight, assessments, groups, and direct client care.

This Clinical Supervisor leads mental health therapists and site support staff across treatment activities. The position provides individual and group supervision, reviews Cerner documentation, and coordinates clinical and administrative procedures with the Behavioral Health Program Manager. The supervisor also supports compliance, data accuracy, and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise therapists, peer specialists, case managers, and program staff
- Conduct groups, intakes, assessments, and direct client services
- Review charts and clinical documentation for compliance
- Coordinate caseloads,

- Ensure client retention, treatment success, and quality care

Requirements:

- Knowledge of outpatient mental health treatment supervision
- Ability to provide age-appropriate patient care
- Knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan
- Ability to identify age-specific patient needs
- Ability to follow WAC, HIPAA, and Sea Mar requirements
