This Senior Estimator Buildings role supports a national general contractor’s Calgary office. You will price selective lump sum, construction management, design-build, and cooperative contract pursuits. The mandate includes developing toward leading pursuits and eventually a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own bids from strategy through close
- Participate in go/no-go pursuit decisions
- Price diverse buildings contract models
- Report directly to the Chief Estimator
- Develop toward leading pursuits and teams

Requirements:

- Experience pricing Calgary-area buildings work
- Knowledge of reliable and unreliable subtrades
- Ability to defend numbers with operations and ownership
- Experience owning strategically complex pursuits
- Openness to coaching from the Chief Estimator
