Configure banking systems and shape digital experiences as a System Design Analyst with FirstOntario in a hybrid Stoney Creek contract role. Apply Temenos expertise, UX design, and business analysis skills.

This contract role lasts up to 18 months and supports FirstOntario’s core banking system and other business applications. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions while partnering with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors. The work combines application support, implementation, usability testing, and user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test, support, and implement banking modules and interfaces
- Gather and document business requirements with business partners
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes




- Configure and customize Temenos banking applications
- Manage vendor issues and maintain issue logs

Requirements:

- Computer Science diploma or degree, or equivalent program
- UX Design certification or related design diploma or degree
- At least two years of UX design experience
- Experience with core banking platforms; Temenos preferred
- Business Analyst certification or demonstrated analysis experience
