Lead PeopleSoft HCM systems analysis for Ontario Public Service clients, applying system design expertise to enterprise HR and payroll needs.

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will work with project teams to develop business systems and applications. You will analyze HR program requirements, recommend configurations, and advise clients on PeopleSoft technology. The work supports WIN, an enterprise system managing employee, payroll, benefits, absence, and compensation information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop business systems and applications with project teams
- Analyze HR clients’ programs and service delivery requirements
- Recommend systems solutions and configurations meeting client needs
- Provide complex systems analysis and design expertise




- Coordinate production support procedures and operational support

Requirements:

- PeopleSoft HCM experience, including PUM and PeopleTools upgrades
- Experience with Fluid, Classic+, HR, payroll, and perks
- Ability to design, develop, test, and implement business solutions
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of project and change management methodologies
