Flair Airlines Ltd. is seeking a Manager, OCC to lead the Operations Control Centre, ensuring safe and compliant daily flight operations in Toronto. You will guide policy, performance, and resource allocation, while coordinating with Dispatch and other teams to sustain reliability.

The role demands strong leadership, 5+ years in airline operations, and a focus on planning and execution in a fast-paced workplace. On-site, 4-on/4-off call rotation, based at the YYZ office.
