Design industrial electrical systems using AutoCAD, power distribution calculations, and technical documentation. This hybrid or remote prospect is preferably based in South Okanagan, British Columbia.

As an Electrical Technologist, you will prepare drawings and complete design packages for industrial projects. The work covers high-voltage and low-voltage systems, single-line diagrams, equipment layouts, and electrical calculations. You will support manufacturing integration, project delivery, testing, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation
- Develop single-line diagrams, equipment layouts, and lighting layouts
- Design and support high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems
- Perform voltage drop, transformer, cable,



and panel loading calculations
- Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and design implementation

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in electrical engineering technology or related discipline
- Minimum three years of relevant electrical design experience
- Practical industrial electrical experience beyond residential work
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Working knowledge of Canadian electrical codes and standards
