Lead site reliability operations at NVIDIA in Toronto, solving complex infrastructure issues across Active Directory, Exchange, databases, and compute systems.

As the senior technical individual contributor, you will own local service delivery and serve as the final site escalation before regional and global teams. Your work spans enterprise support engineering, endpoint management, root cause analysis, and incident leadership. You will also guide site support engineers and represent local requirements in broader initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own incidents, requests, queue health, SLAs, backlog, and service quality
- Resolve Tier 3 identity, messaging, compute, and endpoint escalations
- Lead major incidents and drive permanent root cause fixes
- Manage compliance, vulnerability remediation, patching, hardening, and audit evidence




- Build automation and maintain diagnostic runbooks and knowledge resources

Requirements:

- 8+ years enterprise support, infrastructure, or end user services experience
- 5+ years in senior, lead, or escalation-tier multi-site roles
- Hands-on Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Windows, Linux, and virtualization
- Endpoint management, Microsoft 365, security remediation, databases, and networking fundamentals
- Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting and ServiceNow experience
