About the Role

Our client, a reputable international management consultancy, is seeking a strategic Management Consultant to join their team in Kimberley, Northern Cape. This role focuses on developing and executing growth strategies and market entry plans for clients across various industries. You will conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive assessments, and feasibility studies to guide clients in expanding their operations and capturing current market opportunities. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence for target industries.
- Develop detailed market entry strategies, including go-to-market plans and operational models.
- Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory landscapes.
- Evaluate potential business opportunities and assess associated risks.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to implement market entry and growth strategies.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Support business development efforts,



including proposal writing and client relationship management.
- Contribute to the firm's knowledge base on market dynamics and strategy.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, market analysis, or business development.
- Proven experience in developing market entry strategies or growth plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of business strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid work setting.
- Proficiency in market research tools and financial modeling techniques.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Kimberley, Northern Cape.
