The Corporate Controller joins Profound Medical’s finance leadership team in a growing medical technology organization. This senior finance leader oversees Canadian, U.S., German, Chinese, and Finnish operations. The position requires public company reporting, technical accounting, audit management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Oversee global consolidations and accurate U.S. GAAP reporting
- Review SEC, SEDAR+, and annual filings
- Maintain internal controls and coordinate external audits




- Oversee cash management, liquidity, and banking relationships

Requirements:

- CPA designation; CPA, CA preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Seven to ten-plus years of progressive experience
- Public company reporting and external audit experience
- Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
