Lead complex AEC pursuits with proposal strategy and end-to-end management at EXP, using a versatile hybrid model in Western Canada.
As a Senior Pursuit Specialist, you will support EXP’s Western Canada Business Development team. You will guide complex, multidisciplinary pursuits from discovery through submission, shaping client-focused narratives and winning strategies. The work connects business development, strategy, and technical delivery across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead go/no-go decisions, pursuit planning, and proposal execution
- Develop messaging, value propositions, and client-focused narratives
- Manage timelines, compliance reviews, and submission readiness
- Research clients, competitors, and market trends
- Advise leaders and senior management on pursuit strategy
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years in AEC pursuits, proposals, or business development
- Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary pursuits successfully
- Ability to create accessible narratives from technical content
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam
- Experience facilitating strategy sessions and executive discussions
