Impulso is hiring a Junior Account Manager for its growing Latin America team. You will support two to four Shopify DTC accounts as an operational backbone. The early-career position includes project coordination, client communication, email execution, Shopify updates, reporting, and cross-team handoffs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep projects on time across two to four Shopify accounts
- Schedule meetings and draft contact reports after calls
- Compile briefs using client inputs and research
- Build Klaviyo templates, flows, pop-ups, and forms




- Track deadlines, approvals, budgets, and deliverables in tools

Requirements:

- Fluent, confident spoken and written English
- One to two-plus years coordinating, operating, or marketing
- Solid organization and on-time delivery habits
- Comfort learning Klaviyo, Shopify, Asana, Airtable, and Slack
- Working hours aligned with Toronto, nine to five Eastern Time
