Lead a hydrometallurgical laboratory at Cyclic Materials using analytical chemistry expertise and hands-on supervision to support plant operations and R&D.;

As Lab Manager, you will oversee analysts and technicians while ensuring reliable results and effective daily operations. The work includes analytical testing, method troubleshooting, technical reporting, LIMS management, and laboratory quality practices. You will also support method validation and process improvements with plant and R&D; teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, mentor, schedule, and support laboratory analysts and technicians
- Perform analytical testing and oversee methods, equipment, and results
- Maintain SOPs, QA/QC protocols, training materials, and laboratory practices
- Manage LIMS, data integrity, equipment maintenance,



and supplies
- Support method validation and detection limit studies

Requirements:

- MSc, PhD, bachelor’s degree, or technical diploma in a relevant field
- At least five years leading, supervising, or managing laboratory staff
- Industrial analytical chemistry and instrument troubleshooting experience
- LIMS experience and knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and GLP
- Ability to interpret results and prepare transparent technical reports
