The role supports plant financial operations while partnering with plant leadership and corporate finance. You will provide business insight through budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee plant reporting, month-end close, and statement accuracy
- Explain financial variances and operational drivers clearly
- Lead plant budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- Eight-plus years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
- Manufacturing or cost accounting experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
- Strong reporting, forecasting, analytical, and communication skills
