Lead OutSystems and Microsoft Azure solutions as CSA Group’s hands-on IT Manager, supporting enterprise systems worldwide from design through production.

This regular, full-time IT Manager leads enterprise technology delivery across CSA Group and its divisions. The player-coach role combines technical leadership, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and user support. You will guide strategic systems, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement while keeping information secure, accurate, complete, and available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead OutSystems O11, ODC, and Azure solution delivery
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and review technical solutions
- Manage projects, improvements, and production support




- Oversee application security, performance, health, and lifecycle
- Coach developers and strengthen engineering standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Eight-plus years of progressive IT experience
- Hands-on OutSystems development and support experience
- Hands-on Microsoft Azure services experience
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
