The VIP Gaming Host develops assigned VIP relationships, increases visitation, and recruits recent players through direct sales activities. This position supports guests on the gaming floor while evaluating play, managing programs, and using department reports to achieve assigned goals. Success requires sales or casino experience, bilingual English and French communication, and Microsoft application proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and grow relationships with assigned VIP guests
- Greet guests and deliver prompt, courteous gaming-floor service
- Evaluate gaming activity when determining complimentary offerings




- Invite guests to events and reactivate players through calls
- Maintain VIP databases and direct guest contact

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ sales, hosting, or casino experience
- Bilingual English and French, written and spoken
- Valid work permit or Canadian residency
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
