This Maintenance Manager position supports a residential rental property with responsibility for physical maintenance, expense control, and staff training. The role requires residential property management or related experience, communication skills, and mechanical aptitude. You will coordinate contractors, respond to resident issues, and maintain common areas, vacant units, grounds, and building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise maintenance, cleaning staff, contractors, and service providers
- Maintain HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, and emergency generators
- Address resident issues and service requests within 24 hours




- Coordinate vacant-unit turnovers, inspections, and contractor scheduling
