Lead scrap metal operations with Triple M Metal as a Supervisor, directing teams, monitoring safety, and managing quality across continental rotational shifts.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this Supervisor oversees daily and weekly operational objectives at Triple M Metal. The work covers ferrous and non-ferrous scrap inspection, receiving, shipping, processing, staff scheduling, training, and equipment coordination. You will support compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation, quality and environmental policies, and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and monitor team members' daily duties and objectives
- Enforce health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements
- Schedule, train, evaluate, and motivate staff members




- Inspect loaded material against internal and customer specifications
- Coordinate transportation, maintenance, staffing, and operational reporting

Requirements:

- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Two to three years' scrap metal experience; more preferred
- One year of leadership experience; two to three preferred
- WHMIS certification and equipment operation experience
- Knowledge of metals, equipment, safety legislation, and Microsoft Office
