This Maintenance Manager role supports the current extruded polystyrene manufacturing facility. You will develop maintenance plans, guide the transition into regular production, and supervise hourly maintenance employees. Key Responsibilities:

- Support startup activities and transition to regular XPS production
- Establish safety, health, and environmental compliance processes
- Facilitate root cause analyses with maintenance, production, and engineering

Requirements:

- Five or more years supervising continuous process manufacturing
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent industrial experience
- Preventive maintenance program development and implementation experience
- Working knowledge of CMMS and strong computer skills
- Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, heat transfer, and automation systems
